Thank you so much for your support of my campaign, your dedication to justice, and for making the safety of Hillsborough families a personal responsibility. Your ongoing confidence and advice helped pave the path to a resounding victory for all the beliefs and policies we share.
As I transition into the office of State Attorney, I want you to know that my door is always open. I’ve truly appreciated your advice and support over the past year and hope to continue our conversations as we undertake the hard work of reforming our criminal justice system.
I remember meeting you at the BNI mixer and the initial conversation we had about our belief in fairness, justice, and safety for all families. Even though we’re on opposites sides of Tampa Bay, it’s clear you see this as one community and we share a larger concern for a just system for everyone no matter the hand life has dealt them. That works begins now, and I thank you for joining that effort.
